In December 2006 I visited the ruins of Ephesus or Efes in Turkey. It was an ancient city built by Greece on the coast of the Aegean sea and the Mediterranean. It is three kilometers from Selçuk in Turkey.
They are classical Greek ruins from before Christ. The façade of The Library of Celsus is the most interesting part of it. There are lots of archeological excavations and figures in stone carvings.
